
Wings is a Luxury 50 ' sloop with three ensuite double cabins. The spacious saloon
seats eight although most meals will be taken al-fresco in the cockpit. Captain Sam Young
and his crew invite you to join them on their adventures through the Caribbean and
Bahamas..
You decide when and where you go - a longer passage for the serious sailor or simply
hop around the Virgin Islands. Competitive? Book up for a race in Antigua or maybe Tobago.
Looking for a lazy time? Meet us in sleepy Anquilla or Nevis.
Difficult choice? Let the crew decide for you. The Captain commercially endorsed by the
RYA, and a PADI Rescue Diver will plan your dream vacation for you.
Sail to a deserted island, lunch, play volleyball. windsurf or simply sunbather, and read
a book. Next day we might anchor near a reef for some snorkeling- you can even catch
dinner with the pole spears we carry aboard.
for the more serious diver we can arrange SCUBA. Sam will be happy to buddy up with
guests holding certification. Serious fishermen sill also appreciate the fact that we can
arrange rendezvous with a number of sports - fishing boats.
On board "Wings" your days and evenings can be as relaxing or busy as you
wish. Once constant is the range of things to do and the quality of food you'll be served.
What could be better than freshly baked bread, or fruits that have been picked that very
morning.
Lunch often depends on the catch of the day: Conch salad, crab cakes and langoustine
are all regulars on the menu. for guests who must have their fix of steaks, we can't catch
a cow, but we have ample refrigeration and a freezer to allow for each and every taste,

Captain Sam Young, English, is an RYA/DOT commercially endorsed
captain & a certified PADI Rescue Diver. He has sailed for his own enjoyment for the
past 15 years, travelling through the waters of the Mediterranean, Thailand and the UK. He
has done extensive diving in the Red Sea, Thailand and the Caribbean. Having worked as a
chef to put himself through college, he was employed as an investment banker for 10 years.
Two years ago, he left his business suit behind him and made the decision to pursue his
love of the sea full-time. After a period of cruising the western isles of Scotland, he
headed for warmer climates and spent his last season sailing the sunny waters of Cuba and
the Bahamas.
Chef Hannah Mallison, English, was educated in private schools,
graduating and moving on to her chosen field of catering. She has trained at the Tante
Marie, Condon Bleu School of Cookery, attaining distinction in both practical and
theoretical cooking. Additional courses have earned her a specialized qualification in the
areas of pastry and bakery products. Having traveled extensively through Europe and the
Mediterranean, her style is influenced by the cuisine of Greece, Italy, Spain and France.
Happy to cater her menus to suit any taste or special requirements, she offers
flexibility, variety and five star service.
