reliability. A 600 gallon a day water maker, a massive deep freeze, huge
refrigeration capacity plus a 400 mile fuel range combine to allow island hopping in
comfort and safety.

deck space allows sun worshippers plenty of tanning opportunity while the huge bimini and
aft-deck awnings provide refuge in the heat of the day. The large teak aft-deck, with sun
awning and teak table that seats eight or more in comfort, is ideal for candlelight
dinners in those sheltered coves and bays.

Ralph
& Debbie Welcome You Aboard Virgin
Venture One
Although
in their mid-thirties, Ralph & Debbie have achieved a great deal in
past years.
Ralphs
chosen path took him into Hotel Management & Catering, where after
graduating, his career kicked off at one of the top hotels in South
Africa.
After
three years. Ralph decided to travel to Europe and the UK to develop his
skills and experience. A few
of his appointments were as Silver Service Executive Butler for Rolls
Royce, London Hyatt, Waldorf Hotel and aboard the Queens Thames River
power yacht, THE ROYAL
NOIR. Aboard her, he
served British royalty such as Prince Phillip; and Prince and Princess
Michael of Kent; as well as
honoured guests such as the Crown Prince of Morocco, Frank Bruno, Roger
Moore and Sean Connery. As if
that werent enough, Ralph also did a stint at the famous London store
Harrods, as a wine and spirits consultant and cocktail barman.
On
returning to South Africa, Ralph became a partner in a successful
delicatessen and wholesale bakery, and later started a chain of gourmet
coffee shops with flare bars and full menu.
Ralphs
achievements go on to include a Dive Master and a Royal Yacht Association
(RYA) Power Master qualification.
Having
grown up in Durban, Debbie completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and
then did an Honours Degree in Business and Marketing.
Taking advantage of her accomplishments, she went on to develop her
management skills in various large corporations, whilst lecturing
part-time.
Those
positions included Group Product Manager for the top analgesic products in
the pharmaceutical industry, and then onto the telecommunications world as
a Project Manager to implement major new projects and technology into a
highly sophisticated and fast moving competitive industry.
Not
to be outdone by Ralphs culinary expertise, Debbie has her own Cordon
Bleu qualification and along with Ralph, looks forward to tantalizing you
with every dish served. Debbie
is also a RYA qualified Day Skipper.
Knowing
that the secret to success is teamwork, Ralph & Debbie work closely
together paying particular attention to guests preferences.
Coupled with their love for life and people, these attributes
enable them to provide a service aboard, which is unsurpassed.
Andrew
& Caroline Welcome You Aboard Virgin
Venture Two

Andrew
and Caroline are a friendly and experienced team who take pleasure
ensuring their guest savour all the delights of a cruising holiday in the
beautiful BVI.
A
qualified Yachtmaster in his early thirties, Andrew has worked as Captain
on a range of vessels in both his native UK and Caribbean waters. He is
also a graduate in Yacht Design and Engineering. Coupling his experience
and local knowledge he will safely guide you to the most tranquil and
picturesque anchorages. A love of marine life and diving has led him to
attain his advanced PADI certificate. His knowledge and enthusiasm makes
for exciting and informed snorkelling and fishing adventures.
Having
grown up in England, Caroline enjoyed a successful career in Marketing
before leaving for the sunnier shores of the Caribbean to join Andrew. She
has a great passion and flair for cooking which led her to graduate from
the Bath School of Cookery. Caroline will enjoy creating fine cuisine to
delight and satisfy your palate. She is also a PADI certified diver and
enjoys an adventurous spirit.
