Dining Salon
The elegant dining salon seats up to twelve guests lavishly. The engraved copper table
with contemporary settings enhance the service of truly haute cuisine. Granite serving
surfaces, and endlessly interesting trompe l'oil focus.

Accommodations
Accommodations are for ten guests in five double staterooms. The full beam master
stateroom is located midship and features a large sitting area that easily converts to a
completely separate king stateroom. The four additional guest staterooms are tastefully
decorated and each is equipped with its own entertainment system complete with satellite
television.


Aft Deck
The panoramic view from the aft deck is one of the most enjoyed features for
lounging or al
fresco dining, games and conversation. The cocktail hour as you cruise the clear waters
next to the white beaches has a softness you will never forget.


Captain Bernard Cheron and Monique Jorbet

Captain Bernard Cheron, has been on the sea most of his adult
life. Born in Zaire from British parents he has lived in Rwanda, Burundi & South
Africa. He finished his University studies in Belgium. He has sailed around the world
several times and chartered in places like, Puket (Thailand), Maldives, Greece, Turkey,
Italy, France, Spain, the Caribbean, the Bahamas and to a lesser extent the Pacific
Islands. He holds current licenses for both sea and aircraft. His British captain license
was recently upgraded to 3000 Tons. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Dutch, he
has working knowledge of German, Swahili and Chinese. This ability is particularly helpful
in smoothing the way for charters in various ports.
Chef Monique Jorbet, Belgian, met Bernard 14 years ago and started
sailing with him in the various oceans of the world. She was naturally interested in fine
cooking and has served for many years creating extraordinary meals for the most demanding
palates. She most recently pursued a course at the Culinary Institute of America to
further her skills. Now more then ever she is able to build her reputation as one of the
best chefs in the region. Whether it is American, European or Asian style, meat, fish,
poultry or vegetarian; whether in hors d'oeuvres, entrees or desserts, she has the recipe
to make your mouth water.
