Captain Gerard & Chef Jocelyn Cravilly, will sail with you through the tropical paradise of the Caribbean and share with you some of their favorite spots. Combining their professional expertise with their passion for the sea, chartering has been their way of life since 1980. After 2 voyages around the world in large sailing yachts in 1984/85 and 1989/90, they are now content to cruise the Caribbean. Gerard will happily assist you in a wide range of water-sports and share some of his secret, quiet anchorages with you.

Gerard was born in Paris in 1945, and speaks English and Italian in addition to his native French. A keen sailor from a very young age, he worked in advertising in Paris and subsequently for Mercedes in Monaco, before returning to his first love, sailing, and taking it up professionally with his wife in 1980. His experience in the Mediterranean, the Pacific especially Polynesia and Thailand and of course the Caribbean.

Jocelyn was born in Normandy area of France, and worked in both Paris and Morocco as an Executive Assistant, all the time developing her personal skills as a chef. Her passion for cooking, matched with a love of the sea, created an ideal professional partnership in addition to an already successful personal relationship, when she and Gerard decided to start their career in chartering. She will take you on a culinary journey through Thailand, Italy, Morocco, Greece and Turkey, without letting you forget her expertise with traditional French cooking.
