Captain Jean-Marc Bitouzet is a very experienced sailor who first learnt to sail when he was five years old. Throughout his childhood he sailed extensively with his father, sailing such trips as La Rochelle, France to Abidjan, in the Ivory Coast, where he finally settled and grew up. During his college years, Jean-Marc taught sailing courses at the St. Malo Sailing School in French Brittany. He brings confidence and experience as master of the vessel ensuring a safe and varied voyage for all charter guests. He has spent the last five years chartering all over the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. His experience, coupled with his sense of adventure and endless energy, makes for never a dull moment aboard Moonlight II.
Chef Leigh Bodin is starting her fourth season in the Caribbean. She has chartered extensively in the Caribbean, upper east coast of the United States, and in the Mediterranean. Leigh started her culinary career at a small Inn on the south shores of Lake Superior. It is there she learned to combine the freshest of local fare with a twist of imagination to create delectable results. Her most recent restaurant experience includes serving as executive chef at one of the new tropical hotspots in Puerto Rico. Her diversity in cooking has proven to "
satisfy even the most demanding of palates." Her cooking skills as well as her out going attitude add to the fun and excitement of cruising aboard Moonlight II.
