Carina & Joe are a fun loving couple from Europe. Carina was born in Sweden and Joe, her husband, in Ireland.
They met and fell in love while working for Portugal's premier hotel group on the subtropical Atlantic island of Madeira.
Carina who has a background in restaurant management was responsible for the public relations department in the largest
five star hotel in Portugal. She is fluent in six languages, including English, German and
Portuguese. She is an accomplished chef, and will delight you with her wonderful
cuisine. Carina enjoys snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding and hiking. She is always happy to explore coves and
beaches or snorkel the reefs with you.
Joe was involved in public relations and business development for the same hotel group. He is a very experienced sailor and
also a certified dive master. His knowledge of the best anchorages and dive sites in the Caribbean, blended with the
warm hospitality of the Irish, will guarantee you a great vacation.
With Carina and Joe's vast experience in the hospitality industry and their keen love of sailing, they have found a
perfect niche fulfilling their dream as captain and hostess of a luxury catamaran. Let them entertain you and your guests
while cruising the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
