Infinite Zest, a VOYAGE 500, was in 1998. This magnificent 50 ft sailing vessel raised eye brows at the 1998 Miami International Boat Show, where she created a new standard for charter vessels.

The VOYAGE 500 has ample headroom (7 Ft) throughout and boasts a large saloon area with panoramic views that can be enjoyed when seated at the bar weather you are enjoying a drink on anchor or while under way. The dining/saloon area, picture above, is on the same level as the hi tech Galley. From this airy and spacious area the large double sliding doors lead you onto the cockpit as seen further below. Infinite Zest accommodates 8 guests in luxury. Each stateroom is en-suite and fully air-conditioned.

The Main Salon

The sumptuous saloon and spacious galley make living and entertaining on board the Infinite Zest an absolute pleasure compared with most other boats, and this together with the spacious cockpit and enormous deck space (created by this extremely wide catamaran) which is available for sunbathing, offer a never to be forgotten cruise.

Your Captain and Chef

Will and Kim invite you to join them aboard Infinite Zest as they head into their second successful year of Caribbean chartering. This young couple bring with them a wealth of enthusiasm and experience of all aspects of water-based life. Both began sailing at an early age and lived their lives around the water before meeting in Brighton, England. Since then, their experiences together have included teaching sailing, running flotilla holidays in Greece, and delivering yachts throughout the Mediterranean and across the Atlantic.

Will, 24, has been a fully qualified RYA Yachtmaster and like Kim, is a Sailing Instructor, He has extensive
sailing experience through the cold waters of his native England, as well as his three years spent sailing the
Mediterranean. New Zealand born Kim grew up sailing the Pacific before heading to the Northern Hemisphere, she ran a dive shop for over 2 years and is a PADI SCUBA Instructor. She and Will share the diving on this boat though - Will has attained the level of PADI Divemaster. An avid watersports fan, Will is always ready to pull out any of the boats numerous "toys" and offer a few pointers to beginners and advanced alike. If your are interested in sailing, what better opportunity to have a go than with sailing instructors on hand to answer questions 

Backed by catering experience in New Zealand, Greece, England and heavily influenced by her exposure to a huge variety of cultures and cuisines, Kim blends the Caribbean food with her own eclectic style to provide a menu sure to please all taste Together, Will and Kim offer you the vacation of a lifetime, whether you wish to be active, diving, sailing and snorkeling, or just wish to relax in the Caribbean Sun on Infinite Zest.
