Simon Wood & Jane Gardner

Captain Simon Wood, British, age 34, was raised in Singapore or more specifically the
Changi Yacht Club. He went into the British army and received his college degree as a
Telecommunications Technician. He has been sailing most of his life through schools and
with the Army. After 2 years in Greece he has spent the last 8 years chartering and
working in the Caribbean. He holds a Technical Education Certificate, RYA Yacht Master
Certificate, RYA Windsurfing Instructor,
and is a certified Diver ads is PADI CPR and First Aid Trained.
Chef/Mate Jane Gardner, British, age 38, has been in the yachting industry for the past 10
years. She has spent three of those years in Tortola as a chef aboard crewed charter
boats. Her cooking career began at an early age in England, following her mothers
footsteps. She specializes in Creole and seafood dishes. Her hobbies include Diving,
sailing, needle work and creative cooking.
