Eddy is a native of Germany and lived in Scandinavia for over 12 years. As a hobby, he bought and sold a chain of prestigious restaurants, and sailed and raced in and around Denmark. In addition to these hobbies, his extensive business resume includes a 27 year career in marketing and sales for a German chemical corporation. After 12 years abroad, he returned to Munich, Germany as a department head for the company.

Pia learned to cook at an early age from her mother in Denmark. After working for four years as the manager of Eddy’s most successful restaurant, Pia continued to diversify her cooking, often testing new recipes for the restaurant. She enjoys preparing a wide variety of cuisines including Italian, Greek, French, and of course Danish . She constantly adds new and delicious recipes to her repertoire . She is also a former Kindergarten teacher, so Pia is very comfortable with the children and families who sail aboard DREAM. Her years of experience in the hospitality business have prepared her to be a charming and gracious hostess to everyone.
