Until I return next year I will always remember Dominique being the perfect coach at Willy T’s (Thank you!), Dr. D’s medicine and snorkeling with the turtles. Tony, thank you for guiding us through Bruce’s "Perfect Storm" safely. And to you both for sharing your friends (Mike, Christine and Mike Beans) and your home videos.  "Tony and Dominique: It hurts twice as much leaving you on our second visit to "La Dolce Vita". I never could have imagined you two topping what you did for us last year, BUT YOU DID!!! Dominique, thank you again for stuffing us full of the best food in the Caribbean. You new ideas for your dishes are right on. Keep on toasting the coconut for that French Toast! Thanks also for keeping such a careful eye out for Kelly when snorkeling! Tony, again, thank you for the safest of passages.
