REFERENCE LETTERS:

"Captain Tony & Dominique:
After a week of delicious food, great sailing, hours of laughs we understand the name "The Sweet Life". You have made our 35th anniversary (or was it 70th?) the best we could have asked for. Your attention to every detail was special. [...] We have a full invitation to the both of you to visit us in Minnesota, this invitation is good for 30 years!" Diane & Louie Grochowski, Randy & Joyce Johnson, March 2002.

"Dear Dominique & Tony: Thanks for 3 turtles, a flying ray, 2 whales, a family of squid, a green moray eel, the caves, the Baths, Anegada, bushwhackers, the long sails, the tuna steaks, the veal  steaks and everything that else that made this another  great vacation for all of us." Bob, February 18, 2002.

" Thank you for welcoming us into your home. Dominique, thank you for teaching me how to appreciate the world under the sea. We saw so much. The food of course was great and you kept us in the "zone".  Neil, February 18, 2002.

"Dear friends: Thank you so much for making our 2nd time aboard "La Dolce Vita" as spectacular as our first trip. You create a "paradise within a paradise" that one can never forget. Until I return next year I will always remember Dominique being the perfect coach at Willy T’s (Thank you!), Dr. D’s medicine and snorkeling with the turtles. Tony, thank you for guiding us through Bruce’s "Perfect Storm" safely. And to you both for sharing your friends (Mike, Christine and Mike Beans) and your home videos. This is a vacation that will make me smile throughout the year as I think back of all the wonderful times and of course the fabulous food. You both are very special people and we are glad to be back aboard "La Dolce Vita". We await your arrival in the "Big Apple". Kelly Ost, February 2002.

"Tony and Dominique: It hurts twice as much leaving you on our second visit to "La Dolce Vita". I never could have imagined you two topping what you did for us last year, BUT YOU DID!!! Dominique, thank you again for stuffing us full of the best food in the Caribbean. You new ideas for your dishes are right on. Keep on toasting the coconut for that French Toast! Thanks also for keeping such a careful eye out for Kelly when snorkeling! Tony, again, thank you for the safest of passages. I know so much more this year (having bought our own boat) and I now can fully appreciate your common sense and good judgment. It all adds up to the very best of seamanship. Thank you for letting me handle "La Dolce Vita" so much. Both under sail and motor as well. Letting me pilot for you during mooring and anchoring were great lessons and experience. I look forward to applying a lot of what I’ve learned on this trip to "Quad II" (maybe this year renamed "Blue Groove"). And to you both as a couple thank you for letting us have glimpses of your lives in your home countries and with your families." Mr.Ost. February 2002.
