Come sailing on Dione for a
one-of-a-kind cruise amongst the fabled islands of the West Indies! Named for the mother
of Aphrodite, this beautiful 67 foot yacht carries just six guests in complete luxury and
safety. We invite your choice of itinerary - tell us which island ports are your heart's
desire, and we'll take you there.

This is cruising the way it was meant to be: a brisk morning broad reach
across the trade winds, lunch at anchor off a perfect beach, a nap in a hammock slung in
the rigging, a wake-up dip in the warm, crystal clear water. If you really want to, you
can even call your office on the cellular phone and tell them about the aroma wafting out
of the galley hatch, or the exotic fish you saw while you were snorkeling.
On those mirror-calm evenings at anchor, settle into a deck chair on the
flush aft deck and watch as the sunset sky turns the sea from deep blue, to blood red, to
platinum grey, to moonlight silver. Leave the frantic life behind. Let Dione show you the
way.
After lunch, when the sun is at its
zenith, sling a hammock under the big sun awning and have a quiet siesta, or listen to
your favorite CD on the deck speakers.
Dione embodies the very highest of British craftsmanship, with
rich Burmese teak and Spanish leather throughout. The huge main salon, the social center
of the ketch, exudes a feeling of airy luxury. The decor in the cabins is bright and
cheery, with flat-white bulkheads and gloss teak trim. Meals may be taken at the large
salon table, or less formally, in the spacious cockpit. Barbecues on the aft deck are a
favorite treat on Dione.
The whole point of a cruise on Dione is that you set the
pace and plan the destinations. If one beauty spot grabs you, why not linger there for a
day or two? Brian and Judith won't mind. All they want is for you to enjoy their favorite
islands and anchorages.

Dione's accommodations comprise three air-conditioned double
cabins, each with both double and single berths. All cabins have generous hanging lockers
and drawers, cassette/radio system, two-speed fan, ample lighting, and hair dryers. Two
cabins have ensuite bathrooms, which the third has its own separate shower and toilet.

It is said that the islands of the eastern Caribbean were put
here especially for sailors, for nowhere else in the world is there a chain of islands
oriented so perfectly across a constant tradewind. Dione, with her 82 foot high ketch rig
set with five reaching sails, can blast across the narrow passes between the islands at
close to 10 knots.

Captain GARY BRYAN and Chef/Mate LESLIE PERREAULT will host your holiday aboard DIONE.
Originally from southern California, they left the hustle of the work-a-day world to fulfill their spirit of adventure
through sailing and travel. Gary and Leslie have spent the past two years aboard DIONE and have overseen her
extensive refit in New Zealand. They are thrilled to be
returning to Caribbean waters with a "new" DIONE - beautiful new teak decks, shiny topsides paint, sparkling
new exterior brightwork, new cockpit upholstery, new suit of sails, complete new instrumentation ...Dione shines
again.
When not on charter, Gary and Leslie love to explore, searching for interesting sights and activities
throughout the richly diverse Caribbean island chain. Easy going and open, they are happy to share
their favorite spots and to help you create your perfect Caribbean vacation...whether relaxing at anchor
off a hidden beach, enjoying a brisk sail across the tradewinds, exploring the colorful local markets,
hiking a volcano, or unwinding under DIONE's big sun awning with a quiet book.
