Blu Moon is a 50' Beneteau sloop designed specifically for the charter industry, and further modified by Captain Chris Bennett in a recent refit. Her forward master v-berth cabin was formerly two separate cabins; now it is a spacious comfortable true 'master' suite. Along with an aft cabin and separate crew quarters, all of which have separate heads and showers, she carries four guests in comfort. Her beautiful teak cockpit offer lounging and dining under Caribbean skies and the swim platform on the transom allows for easy access to Caribbean waters.

Captain Chris Bennett was born in London, England where he received a degree in mechanical engineering. He has been sailing most of his life, and since 1992 has made his home on the waters of the Caribbean from the Virgin Islands to Grenada. Prior to chartering, Chris was the district manager for an east coast engineering company. Chris enjoys engineering each charter to your specifications, be it teaching you how to snorkel, arranging a dive trip, hiking on a deserted island, or dancing ashore at a local jump-up (party). 

Chef/First Mate Julie Bennett was raised and educated a half a world away from Chris, in Kansas. Her degrees include a Bachelor's of Fine Arts and a Masters in Human Resources, which she put to use as a Director of Human Resources before beginning chartering in 1992. Her culinary talents range from the exotic to the down-home, including Caribbean, Thai and Indian dishes. She enjoys ensuring people get what they need on their vacation, be it quiet time to unwind; fishing, snorkeling, and other watersports; or a little bit of each.
