Blithe Spirit is the 'after' picture in Michel and Dominique's life right now, while
'before' was a quaint country inn. From that successful bed and breakfast in the Quebec
province of Canada, they have made shift to Caribbean charter yacht crew and are loving
every minute of it. Genuinely fun people, let them share with you their excitement at the
beauty around, and then dazzle you with what comes out of their galley.

The spacious salon is only rivaled by the cockpit area and deck space,
which makes this 55 foot boat feel much larger, but what else would you expect from an
Irwin design.

Master Cabin Settee
The roomy after cabin is perfect for a honeymoon couple, or for a couple
wishing to remember the magic of their honeymoon, be it one year ago or thirty.

Dominique David and Michel Guilbeault
captain and crew
Let Dominique and Michel show you true French hospitality and Cuisine,
from North America! These French Canadians carry with them a truly marvelous tradition of
cooking delicious treats and showing their guests a memorable time. Together they managed
a quaint bed and breakfast in Quebec, Canada. They say it started as a restaurant, but was
so far out in the middle of nowhere, rather than not come, their guests demanded a place
to stay the food was so good.

In fact, Dominique just took first place in the Chefs competition at the 1999 Spring
Caribbean Boat Show. Michel shares her skills in the galley but also has a true passion
for sailing, as well as a commercial pilot's license. He seems at ease in almost any
element. Formerly an engineer, he has taken to sailing the beautiful Caribbean waters
quite well, and says he doesn't miss the cold of Quebec much at all.
